Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Zakzee at https://zakzee.ai, you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2.The service

Zakzee provides AI generation tools (image, video, audio and text), an AI chat and agent layer, a workflow builder, a media and task workspace, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops.

3.Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your password confidential.
• Sharing one account between multiple people, or reselling access, is not permitted without our written approval.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.Credits, top-ups and billing

• The platform is pay-as-you-go. You purchase credits in advance and each action consumes credits according to the price shown at the time of use.
• Prices depend on the underlying AI provider and may change; the current price is always displayed before you confirm an action.
• Credits are not a currency, carry no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not exchangeable for money.
• Credits already consumed are non-refundable, including where you are unhappy with the AI output — generation costs are incurred with the provider regardless of the result.
• Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion where required by applicable consumer law.
• You are responsible for any taxes due on your purchases.

If a technical failure on our side consumes credits without producing a result, contact support and we will restore them.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to create, upload or distribute:

• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexually exploits or endangers a child — this results in immediate, permanent termination and may be reported to the authorities.
• Content that harasses, defames, or incites violence or hatred against people or groups.
• Malware, phishing pages, or material designed to compromise systems or accounts.
• Impersonations, deepfakes or synthetic likenesses of real people used to deceive, defraud or damage reputation.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging through the connected email or messaging integrations.

You also agree not to reverse-engineer the platform, bypass rate limits or access controls, scrape it in an automated way outside the documented API, or use it to build a competing service.

6.Your content and generated output

• You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display it in order to run the service for you.
• Subject to your compliance with these terms and with the underlying AI provider's terms, you own the output you generate and may use it commercially.
• AI models can produce similar output for different users, so we cannot guarantee that any output is unique or protectable.
• You are responsible for checking that your use of an output is lawful — including rights clearance, disclosure obligations and advertising rules in your market.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.

7.AI output disclaimer

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or misleading. It is not professional advice — legal, medical, financial or otherwise. Review anything the platform produces before you rely on it, publish it, or send it to a customer. Automated agent actions you enable (for example replying to email or applying filters) run on your instruction and remain your responsibility.

8.Connected third-party accounts

• When you connect a Google, Meta, TikTok or other account, you authorise us to act on that account through the permissions you granted, only for the features you enabled.
• Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.
• You may disconnect any integration at any time, which revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens.

9.Our intellectual property

The platform itself — the software, interface, branding and documentation — belongs to Zakzee. These terms do not transfer any rights in it to you beyond the right to use the service.

10.Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages and factors beyond our control may cause downtime. We may modify or discontinue features; where a change is material, we will give reasonable notice inside the application.

11.Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, poses a security risk, or is used for fraud or abuse.
• For serious violations, suspension may be immediate and without notice.
• On termination, your access ends and your stored content may be deleted after the retention period set out in the Privacy Policy.

12.Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that output will meet your expectations.

13.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms or of any third party's rights.

15.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts.

16.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
